Goals of activities nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Viestura prospekts 12, Rīgā (turpmāk tekstā - Māja) pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu.

nodrošināt dzīvojamo māju dzīvokļus ar ūdeni, elektroenerģiju, siltumu, lifta pakalpojumiem, atkritumu izvešanu un citiem pakalpojumiem, kā arī noslēgt līgumu ar kompetentu attiecīgā pakalpojuma sniedzēju, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt to izpildi;
aizsargāt un aizstāvēt mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo māju kopīpašumā esošās daļas un piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu un izmantošanu.
izveidot papildus automašīnu autostāvvietu vietas uz piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala.
izveidot automašīnu novietošanas sistēmu uz piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala.
veikt energoefektivitātes pasākumus, lai paildzinātu Mājas ekspluatācijas ilgumu un samazinātu Mājas siltumenerģijas patēriņu.
