7.Nodrošināt sportistu piedalīšanos sacensībās Latvijā un visā pasaulē;
8.Veicināt sportiskās meistarības izaugsmi, veidojot treniņnometnes Latvijā un ārzemēs. Sniegt visāda veida atbalstu sportistiem, mērķtiecīgi virzoties uz sasniegumiem Latvijā un starptautiskajā vidē;
9.Velosporta sacensību un citu ar velosportu saistītu pasākumu rīkošana;
10.Šosejas un velokrosa bāzes izveide un pilnveidošana (sacensību trase, tehniskās aprīkojuma darbnīca un tamlīdzīgi;
11.Palīdzēt ar rehabilitācijas nodrošināšanu bijušajiem sportistiem un cilvēkiem ar ierobežotām spējām;
12.Palīdzēt ar tehnisko nodrošinājumu (ekipējuma un tehnikas vienību iegāde) jauniem un perspektīviem sportistiem.
