Goals of activities Ar retajām slimībām saistītu jautājumu risināšana dažādās jomās: medicīnas, sociālajā, ekonomiskajā, izglītības un citās.
Biedrība paredz:
sekmēt pacientu un viņu tuvinieku informēšanu;
paplašināt medicīnas darbinieku un reto slimību slimnieku saskarsmes iespējas;
organizēt palīdzību un aizstāvību ar retām slimībām slimojošiem cilvēkiem;
izglītot un paleilināt sabiedrības informētību par jautājumiem, kas saistīti ar retajām slimībām;
panākt, ka reto slimību slimnieki Latvijā ir vienlīdzīgā situācijā ar Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm reto slimību diagnosticēšanā; slimnieku ārstēšanā un aprūpē, kā arī valsts piešķirtā finansējuma saņemšanas ziņā;
iesaistīties starptautiskajās reto slimību organizācijās un ņemt dalību to aktivitātēs
