Īstenojot Biedrības mērķus, Biedrība sadarbojas ar Latvijas un ārvalstu juridiskām un fiziskām personām, organizē un piedalās pasākumos. Biedrība sadarbojas ar starptautisko PEN organizāciju (PEN International), kā arī citu valstu PEN centriem un to biedriem.
