Goals of activities Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt asociācijas biedru profesionālās, ekonomiskās un tiesiskās intereses attiecībās ar valsts, pašvaldību institūcijām, citām juridiskām un fiziskām personām;

aizstāvēt pētījumos iesaistīto pacientu intereses un veicināt iespējas pacientiem piedalīties klīniskos pētījumos Latvijā, tādējādi nodrošinot iespēju saņemt jaunus un inovatīvus medikamentus un papildus izmeklējumus;
veicināt sadarbību ar ārvalstu organizācijām nozares konkurētspējīgai attīstībai Latvijā;
veikt un atbalstīt sabiedrības informēšanu un izglītošanu zāļu un medicīnisko ierīču klīniskās izpētes jautājumos;
izveidot klīniskā pētniecībā iesaistīto pušu sadarbības platformu;
saglabāt un celt klīniskās izpētes nozares prestižu un konkurētspēju pasaulē
