iesaistīt Latvijas un citu valstu zinātniekus, kuri darbojas anatomijas, histoloģijas un embrioloģijas nozarēs, jaunu speciālistu sagatavošanā Latvijas anatomu, histologu un embrioloģijas nozarēs, jaunu speciālistu sagatavošanā Latvijas anatomu, histologu un embriologu skolas turpmākai attīstībai;
darboties Eiropas anatomu, histologu un embriologu Asociācijā, lai iegūtu pilnīgu un regulāru informāciju par zinātniski pētniecisko darbu anatomijas, histoloģijas un embrioloģijas nozarēs dažādās Eiropas valstīs;
piedalīties Eiropas anatomu, histologu un embriologu Asociācijas rīkotajos pasākumos: kongresos, simpozijos, konferencēs;
patstāvīgi, kā arī sadarbībā ar Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes Anatomijas un antropoloģijas institūta Anatomijas studiju nodaļu, histoloģijas studiju nodaļu, embrioloģijas studiju nodaļu, J.Prīmaņa Anatomijas muzeju u.c. institūcijām piedalīties zinātnisku konferenču organizēšanā;
popularizēt anatomijas, histoloģijas un embrioloģijas zinātnes sasnegumus;
dot atzinumus anatomijas histoloģijas un embrioloģijas jomā.
