Organizēt burāšanas sporta sacensības un citus sporta, aktīvās atpūtas un sabiedriskos pasākumus gan vietējā, gan starptautiskā mērogā;
Veicināt nacionālu kreiserjahtu komandu izveidošanu un dalību starptautiskās burāšanas sacensībās;
Apsaimniekot, uzturēt un attīstīt Biedrības īpašumā esošos kustamos un nekustamos īpašumus, veicināt jahtkluba “Rīgas sporta burāšanas centrs” infrastruktūras attīstību.
