veikt citas darbības, kas nepieciešamas Īpašuma kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanai un apsaimniekošanai, kā arī komunālo un citu pakalpojumu nodrošināšanai Īpašumā un tajā esošajos dzīvokļos (turpmāk katrs dzīvokļu īpašums atsevišķi - "Dzīvoklis").
