Hokeja spēļu, sacensību, turnīru organizēšana, kas popularizēs hokeju plašākai sabiedrībai veidojot pasākumu un sacensību organizēšanu, mediju un sabiedrības informēšanu par hokeja notikumiem, kā arī sadarbību ar citām sporta organizācijām un sabiedriskajiem partneriem, lai veicinātu hokeja interesi un pieaugumu skaitā aktīvo hokeja spēlētāju vidū.
