5.Veidot daudzveidīgu, atraktīvu un pieejamu kultūrizglītības piedāvājumu nacionālās identitātes stiprināšanai un radošai izaugsmei;
6.Sadarboties ar Kokneses novada pašvaldību, uzņēmējiem un biedrībām kopīgu pasākumu un projektu veidošanā.
