Goals of activities Latgales ebreju vēstures un kultūras saglabāšana, atbalsts un palīdzības sniegšana:
1.materiālu vākšana par ebrejiem, viņu dzīves veidu un tradīcijām;
2.materiālās kultūras pieminekļu, ieskaitot kapu un masu kapu apbedīšanas vietu saglabāšana un atjaunošana;
3. savākto materiālu (grāmatu, almanahu, bukletu, informatīvo materiālu) apstrādāšana un izdošana;
4. Holokausta vēstures izpēte Latgalē, grāmatu izdošanas turpināšana, pamatojoties uz iegūto informāciju; konferenču novadīšana skolēniem, studentiem, skolotājiem; kino - un video uzskaites līdzekļu veidošana skolās un mācību iestadēs vēstures stundām par Holokaustu;
5. arhīva-dokumentāla centra radīšana "Ebreji Daugavpilī un Latgalē";
6. taisnīgo starp tautām un glābēju atbalsts Latgalē;
7. palīdzība un atbalsts cilvēkiem, kuri pārdzīvoja karu;
8. maznodrošināto cilvēku ar īpašām vajadzībām, tai skaitā bērnu atbalsts;
9.sabiedrības integrācijas un pilsoniskas sabiedrības attīstības veicināšana;
10.sekmīgu biedrības uzdevumu risināšanai un sasniegšanai var veikt izdevējdarbību un citu darbību, kas nav pretrunā ar likumu;
11.strādāt ar sociālajām programmām, organizēt izstādes, kuru tematika saistīta ar Biedrības mērķiem;
12.sadarbība ar Latvijas un ārvalstu organizācijam, kuru mērķi un uzdevumi atbilst Biedrības mērķiem un uzdevumiem.
