Goals of activities Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Melīdas ielā 6c, Rīgā (turpmāk tekstā – Māja) pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu;

nodrošināt Mājas dzīvokļus ar ūdeni, elektroenerģiju, siltumu, lifta, atkritumu izvešanu un citiem pakalpojumiem, kā arī noslēgt līgumu ar kompetentu attiecīgā pakalpojuma sniedzēju, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt to izpildi;
aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas kopīpašumā esošās daļas un piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu un izmantošanu;
veikt energoefektivitātes pasākumus, lai paildzinātu Mājas ekspluatācijas ilgumu un samazinātu siltumenerģijas patēriņu;
saimnieciski pareizi un lietderīgi rīkoties ar Mājas uzkrājuma fonda līdzekļiem.
