5. Veidot Latvijas Valsts un Latvijas Ārpakalpojumu jomā strādājošo uzņēmumu tēlu, kā profesionālu ārpakalpojumu sniedzēju, gan vietējā tirgū, gan ārvalstīs.
6. Apkopot informāciju par ārpakalpojumu jomā strādājošo biedru pieredzi un rezultātiem, veidojot labu ārpakalpojumu sniegšanas praksi.
