6) iesaistīt personas ar īpašām vajadzībām sabiedriskā un kultūras dzīvē;
7) sadarboties ar pašvaldībām un nevalstiskām organizācijām un iesaistīties projektos statūtos noteikto mērķu sasniegšanai.
