3. veikt akadēmisko darbu autoru mantisko tiesību kolektīvo pārvaldījumu Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs;
4. veikt ārvalstu akadēmiska rakstura darbu, kas ir autortiesību subjekti, kolektīvo pārvaldīšanu Latvijas Republikā un ārvalstīs;
5. akadēmisko darbu autoru radošās darbības atbalstīšana un radošuma veicināšana;
6. darboties citās biedrībās un nodibinājumos, tostarp dibinātāja vai biedra statusā.
